Located adjacent to Hudson Hill, a skilled nursing facility, our long-term residents and short-term patients have the convenience of receiving the dialysis treatment they need, on-site. Our advanced dialysis center, staffed by a full team of medical professionals, supports residents through their treatment journey.

We are open Mondays to Saturdays for 4 shifts
to provide increased flexibility to our patients.
